Inspired by the stories told over a round drinks in a pub one September evening in Banff, Canada, A Small Allowance seeks to discover what inspires travel, and what it is that attracts wanderers to that extreme but sublime country. 

Focusing on individuals who have chosen to live and work abroad in Canada, A Small Allowance will become a collection of interviews with travellers whose stories, goals and dreams will inspire the wanderlust in us all. The aim is better understand mankind's desire to venture beyond our native lands and what it is that propels us towards our next horizon.
